Japanese Buffet @ Saisaki, Wisma UOA II (Feb 09)

It has been years since the last time I went to Saisaki. They were one of the few most popular Japanese restaurants in town during the early 2000. I've been there a few times back then, it was one of the best at that time.

After years passed, many Japanese buffet concept restaurants had open. Some in shopping malls and some even in hotels. For that, there are more choices now and prices are more competitive as well.

We went there in February with my family and a few friends.

They had a make over. Place looked classier and foods now looked more organized. Upon getting our table, I waited no more and start grabbing for foods.

The sushi bar. The selection of foods were quite generous. There's sushi bar, tempura section as well as Chinese foods served. I'm was a bit humbled by the variety of foods here.

The dinner was enjoyable. Food in general was pretty alright. Some were good, some were average. Its really hard to judge a buffet. Most important thing of all, it was enjoyable.

The service was good, place was comfortable and air cond was cold.

The quality of the food is still there after so many years. Yet again, personal food tasting and preferences might varies depending on individuals.

The price for it? Weekdays dinner buffet RM 58++ while weekend is RM 60++. Pretty reasonable to me.
