Garden Lifestyle Store and Cafe @ One Utama New Wing

It was like a nice western garden in a shopping center.

It was a Sunday afternoon, me and Rachel decided to have a lunch there.

Located at Lower Ground Floor of One Utama New Wing, there's a small little counter in front of the cafe. We were then led into a flowery Western look alike garden cafe.

The decoration here was good. I loved the interior and the lovely flowers around.

A white grand piano and lovely flowers around the cafe. The wooden chairs and the wooden tables are handsomely painted in white. Giving the cafe a very clean and sleek look.

We waited no more as we looked through the lunch sets. There were 6 different types of lunch sets. Sets came with soup of the day and drinks.

Rachel ordered the butter ginger dory dish. Battered and deep fried dory fish was nicely "sinked" with generous amount of butter ginger sauce. Looking at it, I waited no more and cut a slice from it. The was slightly softer and it goes very well with the sauce. Even though there's only slight hints of ginger. I thought it was lovely. Rachel rated it as average only.

Garden Black Pepper Chicken Chop. I am always a big fan of chicken chop. However, due to my weight issues, I cut down on chicken chops and steaks. The dish came with generous amount of black pepper gravy as well. The chicken was not too bad. Yet, I find the black pepper chicken lacked of black peppers. Slightly more would spice the taste up a bit.

Generally, I loved how they deco the cafe. The white theme with wooden furnitures and lovely flowers made this place an enjoyable place to dine. Food was okay and set lunch goes from RM 12.90++ to RM 17.90. Yet again that was in April, not sure the set menus are still around now though. Service was good and the place is well air conditioned.
