Beef Noodle @ Restoran Yang Mooi, Pandan Indah, Cheras

This was random. Went to Pandan Indah for lunch today with the boys and started to pick a restaurant to eat. Today I preferred skipping the 2 famous pan mee shops there. Looking for new thing to eat.

Located beside Restoran Kin Kin, the famous chili pan mee shop and opposite Pandan Jaya Police station, this place was not hard to find.

The crowd was starting to pack the place so we took our orders.

I ordered dry noodle with beef meat and beef balls. The dry noodle came like this. But after mixing it properly with the paste, it was good. The minced meat blended well with the noodle. The paste was not too salty, just nice. I regretted ordering a "small" size. The taste of the minced meat comparable with the Taiwanese style minced meat I had before.

Of course, not to forget to eat the noodles with the beef meat and beef balls. The beef meat was a bit raw, cooked slightly with the soup giving the meat a pinkish color. The meat was tender and it was good. However, if they use Australian beef, it would be much better.

The beef ball was homemade indefinitely. I thought it was a bit salty in taste (could be the soup) but it was good in general. It goes well with their chili sauce.

I ordered another bowl of pork and beef meat balls. The pork meat balls also homemade and it was good as well.

A bowl of noodle start from RM 4.50. For that price, I believed I should not complain that much about the quality of the food. Thus, I think the food was "darn" worth it.

This place is worth a visit.
